What this site does

Is Tibo Going to Reset? is a fan-made, non-commercial forecast site that tracks public posts on X (formerly Twitter) by Thibault Sottiaux (“@thsottiaux”) and summarises them into a Codex usage-limit reset prediction. The site is not affiliated with OpenAI.

Data we collect directly

This site does not require accounts, logins, or personal information to use. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any direct identifiers from visitors.

Automatic data collection by infrastructure providers

When you load any page on this domain, the following third parties receive automated network requests and may log technical information including your IP address, browser user agent, referrer, approximate country (derived from IP), and timestamps:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DDoS protection, and DNS. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Adsterra / Profitableratecpmnetwork — advertising delivery and measurement. Privacy policy: adsterra.com/privacy-policy.
• Next.js runtime chunks — first-party scripts loaded from our own domain to render the page; no third-party tracking.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our advertising provider (Adsterra) may set, read, or use cookies, local storage, web beacons, and similar identifiers on your device to:

• Decide which ad to show;
• Cap how often a given ad is shown to a given device;
• Measure delivery, clicks, and conversions;
• Build a coarse interest profile at the device level.

You can refuse or delete these cookies via your browser settings. A consent banner is presented on first visit and your choice is stored in a local first-party cookie named consent.

Personalised advertising

We do not currently use Google AdSense or any provider that builds cross-site behavioural profiles tied to your identity. Ad targeting is limited to the single session or device. If we later add Google AdSense or a similar provider, we will update this policy and ask for explicit consent before serving personalised ads.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The content is general-interest commentary about an adult professional’s public social-media activity.

Data retention

We do not maintain our own visitor database. Logs retained by Cloudflare and the advertising provider follow their own retention schedules (see their privacy policies).

Your rights (EEA / UK / California / Virginia / etc.)

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data held about you, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not directly collect personal data, most requests must be directed to the underlying providers (Cloudflare, Adsterra) using the contact details in their privacy policies. For cookie-based ad tracking, the consent banner on this site gives you a one-click opt-out.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

We honour the Do Not Track and Sec-GPC browser signals when present. When such a signal is set, the consent banner is pre-set to refuse non-essential cookies and the advertising slot is suppressed on subsequent loads.

Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and announced in the on-page Evidence section when relevant.
